New RU update

Dear All

As the date of the RU is fast approaching we have to  confirm the  final numbers to the hotel . Therefore it would be helpful if those who still would like to come, book their  reservation directly with the hotel and let us also know .

From former notices I am sure you know whom to contact at Bluewaters Hotel but if you are not sure then please let me know .

If by the 4 th of September  we have not heard from you then we assume you are not attending  and we can confirm the numbers with the hotel .

Hope many of you who have not yet made the reservation will to do so soon and let us know .

    Thank you Praxy for the notice regarding the Diamond Jubilee event .

    Thanks to you, we got the Hotel Reservations confirmed , via Shannon de Zilva .
    Agree– the number of attendees should be confirmed by Sept 4th to inform Blue Water Hotel and Spa , as we have to be fair by the Hotel, as they have been ever so accommodating to all our needs so far, and will likely continue to do so .

    Those who are still undecided and sitting on the fence, try to fall in the direction of Blue Water !!
